The main living area combines a modern kitchen, dining space, and a cozy living room, making it ideal for relaxing and spending time together. LIVING & DINING Kitchen: A fully stocked and equipped kitchen with every pot, pan, and utensil you'll need. A large counter provides seating for five with barstools. Dining: A dining table that seats six guests. Living Room: Unwind on the large, comfortable sofa. Watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or relax in one of the two accent chairs. Coffee Bar: A dedicated coffee bar with a drip coffee maker and bean grinder is ready for your morning brew. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS (Sleeps 8) Main Bedroom: Features a comfortable king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second Bedroom: Includes a comfortable king-sized bed and a large closet. Third Bedroom: Offers a comfortable king-sized bed and a large closet. Living Room: A queen-sized sleeper sofa with bedding provided. Convenience: A washer and dryer are available for your use. PRIVATE OUTDOOR OASIS Step through the large double doors into a screened lanai, perfect for enjoying the breeze. Your spacious backyard, centered around a magnificent banyan tree, includes: A private, newly installed pickleball court A heated saltwater pool and spa (hot tub) A BBQ grill for cookouts A fire pit for evening relaxation AMENITIES High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. Family-friendly items: Pack 'n Play, children's books, toys, and dinnerware. Beach essentials are provided for your days out.
Other Details to Note
•MAINTENANCE: To keep the property in top condition, regular lawn and pool maintenance is scheduled. Service teams may need to enter the backyard during your stay. •POOL & SPA: The pool and spa are heated for your enjoyment. However, when winter air temperatures drop below 60°F, we cannot guarantee specific water temperatures as heaters become less effective. Please note the pool and spa heaters cannot be run simultaneously. We strive to keep the pool pristine. However, wind and rain can cause leaves and debris to fall into the pool. Reimbursements will not be provided for weather-related impacts on the pool's condition or operating efficiency. •SAFETY: For your peace of mind, the home is equipped with a smoke alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. •NO SMOKING, VAPING, DRUGS, ALCOHOL PARTIES OR EVENTS! There will be a $300 minimum for smoke remediation. •

Downtown Sarasota is only a 15 minute drive to explore all the wonderful restaurants/shops along Main Street and University Town Center with many many options for dining and shopping is 11.5 miles away.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire home, backyard, and all amenities during their stay. No spaces are shared. Entire Property: Full access to the 3-bedroom house, kitchen, living areas, and bathrooms. Outdoor Amenities: Private use of the pickleball court, heated pool, spa, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Parking: There is plenty of parking available for multiple vehicles in the private driveway.
